Our Institute

Anwaarul  Islam  “the  light of Islam” a centre  of learning  profoundly devoted  to educating  communities  in  the fundamental  as well  as higher  levels of Islamic knowledge and to endow  students  with the knowledge and capacity to become  righteous and devout servants of Allah  Ta’ala  thereby  becoming an asset to communities

It  is absolutely  essential  for us to recognize the importance  of continuing to invest  in  such centres that  promote  Islam  in  all  fields.

Musallah

All our projects are directed from the Musallah also serving as the head office of the institute in Rondebosch East, Cape Town.

The Musallah hosts 5 times daily salah and Jumuah congregations. It serves as venue for the following Islamic Courses:

  • ‘Aalim Course for boys up to 3rd  Year
  • Hifz Course  Part Time  and  Full Time
  • Afternoon  Maktab  Madrasah
  • Home to ±  200 Students  and  15 Teachers

The Musallah  also serves as the base of our Social  Outreach

Social Outreach Project

Connecting with the Muslim Communities in the impoverished areas through our Outreach Project by aiding these communities which includes distributing bread, milk, cooked meals and food parcels.
